Shipping Policy

Misty Bleu Beauty & Fashion Boutique provides a tracking number from the postal carrier. The tracking number is sent via email prior to time of shipping. Customers can track their order using the provided tracking number(s) via the postal carriers website.

What are your delivery options?

Misty Bleu Beauty & Fashion Boutique only ships via USPS (United States Postal Services). Orders are shipped by Priority Mail 3-5 working day or Express Mail 1-3 business days. If the customer wants Express Mail, they will be responsible for the additional cost.

Processing/handling and shipping can take up to 10 working days. This does not include the postal office delivery times.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we offer international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

I refused the package or there was something wrong with my mailing address. Can I receive a refund?

If you order was successfully shipped but refused, the merchandise or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund. Instead a store credit will be emailed to you.  Misty Bleu Beauty & Fashion Boutique does not issue refunds. 

Please note that we are not responsible for merchandise returned back to us due to loss or damage during transit and as such we urge the customer to insure your purchase as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
